  1. Examine the running of management systems and consider environmental aspects as the first step in all activities.
  2. Establish KPIs and detailed objectives based on enterprise goals for each department to implement and manage regularly.
  3. Identify environmental risks in advance and establish countermeasures for each scenario for ongoing management.
  4. Establish and manage in-house standards that are stricter than legal standards for water quality and air pollution management.
  5. Continuous investment and effort into developing sustainable products that reflect current trends in eco-friendly technology.
  6. Contribute to ultimate environmental enhancement and protection through optimization efforts for efficient manufacturing processes, facilities, and products.
  7. Reduce raw material consumption and generated waste throughout processes of design, purchase, production, and service, while promoting the practice of reuse and recycling.
  8. Offer regular training opportunities for all executives to reinforce environmental awareness and consensus across the organization and to meet environmental goals.
  9. Share information and offer guidance on eco-friendly technology with related companies and partners to encourage external participation.
  10. Disclose environmental policies, goals, and information to company stakeholders through various channels and methods.

Identify environmental aspects and assess environment impact risks and opportunities (internal and external issues), stakeholder needs and expectations, identity legislation and stakeholder requirements, establish environmental improvement goals and detailed objectives.

2. DO

Environmental education, internal and external disclosure of environmental information, and operation of environmental improvement programs.

3. CHECK

Periodic internal environmental audits. Measure and assess the effectiveness of implementing environmental improvement objectives.

4. Action

Corrective action to improve environmental nonconformities and prevent recurrence.
