  • Overwhelming No.1 in overall satisfaction, strengthening TYM’s standing in the North American tractor market

Global agricultural machinery specialist TYM (Co-CEOs: Hiyong Kim, Dohoon Kim / 002900) announced on [date] that it has earned the top overall satisfaction ranking in the tractor category at the 2025 North American Dealer’s Choice Award, hosted by the North American Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA).

NAEDA, the largest agricultural equipment dealer network in North America, comprises approximately 4,000 member dealers across 49 U.S. states and 10 Canadian provinces. The Dealer’s Choice Award is based on an annual survey in which member dealers evaluate manufacturers across 12 criteria, including product quality, product availability, parts service, and after-sales support. Assessments are conducted in four categories—Full Line (tractor and implement manufacturers), Tractor, Short Line (implement manufacturers), and Gardening Equipment—and the brand with the highest overall satisfaction in each category receives the Dealer’s Choice Award.

TYM has reaffirmed its unmatched brand leadership in the North American market, claiming the No.1 position in the tractor category for 2025 after topping the rankings for four consecutive years from 2020 to 2023. In this year’s evaluation, TYM achieved an average score of 5.38 out of 7, significantly higher than the competitor average of 4.24. The company earned exceptional scores above 5 points in key categories such as Product Availability, Product Quality, and Parts Quality, underscoring the strength of its competitive product lineup.

Furthermore, scores for “Communication with Management” and “Manufacturer Response to Dealer Needs/Concerns” improved by approximately 12% year-over-year, reflecting a significant enhancement in TYM’s dealer communication capabilities.

This award is the result of strategic initiatives implemented in recent years, including the launch of a new dealer support system in 2024, the establishment of the TYM Northeast Campus in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, as a strategic hub for logistics and customer service, and the execution of a field-oriented management strategy that strengthened communication with both dealers and customers. TYM has also consistently hosted events inviting top-performing dealers and customers from across North America, actively gathering and incorporating genuine, actionable feedback from the field. These initiatives have driven meaningful service innovation focused on dealer and customer needs, earning TYM greater trust and recognition in the region.

A TYM representative stated, “This award is a decisive achievement that validates TYM’s reliability and competitiveness, as recognized directly by our North American dealer network. We will leverage our recently opened TYM Cedar Town Campus as a strategic hub to further strengthen market-specific products and services and advance our customer-centric operations in the region. Through these efforts, we aim to solidify our position as a global leader in the tractor industry.”
