TYM (Co-CEOs: Hiyong Kim and Dohoon Kim / 002900), a global agricultural machinery leader, announced on the 4th that it has completed the “TYM STEP” program and region-specific customized training for North American dealers throughout 2025. Through these programs, TYM is continuously enhancing dealer technical capabilities and field responsiveness, driving improvements in service quality that customers can directly experience.

TYM operated the STEP program in earnest at its Northeast Campus in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. STEP is a global four tier technical certification program that systematically develops maintenance expertise and problem solving skills by integrating online theoretical learning (LMS) with in person practical training and assessments.

The STEP 3 curriculum was delivered in the first half of the year, followed by STEP 4 in the second half. Graduates of STEP 4 were granted eligibility to participate in TYM’s master level CEP (Chief Engineer Program). This pathway supports the identification of outstanding technicians and long term talent development, underpinning more professional and reliable service for customers.

In addition, considering North America’s vast geography and the leading models by region, TYM conducted tailored training across five regions—East, Central, North, South, and West. The sessions focused on deepening understanding of new products such as the T4058 and T5075 tractors, strengthening pre launch readiness, and elevating maintenance proficiency for regionally core sales models, enabling faster and more accurate responses to customer needs.

A representative from the TYM Technical Training Institute said, “As important as new products and advanced technologies is the quality of service customers feel in the field. Through professional and systematic training programs, TYM will continue to raise customer satisfaction and strengthen competitiveness in global markets.”

Meanwhile, TYM recently achieved first place in overall satisfaction in the Tractor category of the 2025 North America Dealer’s Choice Award, organized by the North American Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA). Building on its four year streak from 2020 through 2023, this year’s top ranking further validates the brand’s competitiveness in the North American market.
