TYM, a global agricultural machinery manufacturer (Co‑CEOs Hiyong Kim and Dohoon Kim / 002900), announced on the 18th that it held the “2025 John Deere Customer Invitation Event” on the 13th at Osco in Cheongju, Chungcheongbuk‑do.

This event was the second official program following a John Deere customer invitation event held earlier this year at GUMICO in Gumi, Gyeongsangbuk‑do. Building on this momentum, TYM plans to further strengthen the competitiveness of John Deere products in the Korean market and to accelerate activities aimed at acquiring new customers.

The event was attended by TYM Co‑CEO Dohoon Kim, Head of Domestic Business Division Dong‑ik Kim, officials from the Quality Division and R&D Center, as well as John Deere customers from across Korea, imported tractor users, and prospective multi‑brand dealers, bringing total attendance to over 700 participants.

On site, TYM offered an integrated brand experience program that spanned the full spectrum of products, parts, and services. This included the launch announcement of the new 2026 John Deere 6M Series and advance reservations for the 6M Series, an introduction to the full John Deere lineup, exhibitions of balers and livestock implements, an introduction of the Certified Pre‑Owned John Deere tractor business, one‑on‑one consultations with John Deere professional engineers, and Voice of Customer (VOC) sessions for current and prospective customers. In particular, the 6M tractors and new baler models scheduled for launch in 2026 were unveiled for the first time in Korea, drawing strong interest from attendees.

As a token of appreciation to customers, TYM also held a lucky draw event, offering prizes such as travel packages to Europe, Japan, and Jeju Island; loaders, large rotaries, grapples, and livestock implements provided by partner companies; and TYMICT autonomous driving kits, which further heightened the excitement at the event.

As John Deere’s largest official partner in Korea, TYM has been supplying John Deere products and services since 1987. Over nearly 40 years, the company has firmly established the perception in the domestic market that “John Deere means TYM.”

Today, TYM employs approximately 80% of all John Deere certified professional engineers in Korea and is leveraging this expertise to develop its “Certified Pre‑Owned John Deere Tractor” business. This program, the only one of its kind in Korea, guarantees stable and reliable quality regardless of when or where the tractor was originally purchased, through precision inspections and refurbishing carried out by veteran John Deere engineers and supported by warranty services. In addition, TYM is strengthening the supply chain for genuine John Deere parts and service infrastructure, while expanding customized on‑site consultations to further enhance its service competitiveness.

Regardless of where they purchased their equipment, John Deere customers can experience better products and better service through TYM, and we are steadily expanding our programs to make that a reality,” said TYM Co‑CEO Dohoon Kim. “By making customer satisfaction our top priority, we will keep enhancing service quality and brand competitiveness so that the belief that ‘John Deere means TYM’ becomes firmly rooted across the entire market.”
