Global agricultural machinery manufacturer TYM (Co-CEOs Hiyong Kim and Dohoon Kim / 002900) announced on the 11th that it hosted the “2025 North America TOP Performance Dealers Korea Visit” program, inviting top North American dealers to Korea for six days and five nights from November 2 to 7.

Launched in 2023, the North America Top Dealer Invitation Event is one of TYM’s key global partnership programs. It goes beyond a simple performance reward initiative and is designed to build a strategic network for growth in the North American market. This year, a total of 29 participants took part, including top-performing dealers, high-potential dealers expected to drive future sales growth, employees of TYM’s North American subsidiary, and content influencers.

Participants visited TYM’s Iksan and Okcheon plants as well as the Seoul headquarters, where they observed the full spectrum of production and quality control processes, including AGV-based assembly lines, robotic painting processes, and engine production systems, experiencing TYM’s manufacturing competitiveness firsthand. In particular, during test drives and evaluation sessions of key new models in the 20–115 horsepower range, attendees praised TYM’s product enhancements reflecting North American specifications, as well as the tractors’ excellent safety and price competitiveness.

TYM also shared its digital and service innovation strategies, including a telematics-based remote management solution, an autonomous driving technology roadmap, and training platforms for dealers and engineers. By building a seamless framework that connects sales with after-sales service, the company aims to enhance customer loyalty and strengthen dealer capabilities. This year, TYM further expanded on-site content creation and social media promotion through participation by influencers, helping to deepen network exchange among North American dealers.

In addition, participants discussed TYM’s global strategy and new product roadmap, gaining a deeper understanding of technologies and solutions tailored to the North American market. This process further strengthened trust and collaboration between dealers and TYM’s headquarters.

“Through this invitation program, we were able to directly communicate with our partners to support sustainable growth and the establishment of strategic partnerships in the North American market,” said TYM Co-CEO Dohoon Kim. “We will continue to accelerate innovation across products, manufacturing, services, and digital solutions, further reinforcing our competitiveness as a trusted agricultural machinery brand for customers in North America.”
